will eating more salads/veg/fruit help with energy?? UPDATE

I'm 9 weeks pregnant and feeling ill with no energy at all! I'm thinking of changing my diet and eating more fruit and vegetables. I'm thinking of making more superfood salads to help with my energy levels! Do you think it would help?? X 
UPDATE- so it's been a few days of healthy eating (lots of fruit and veg) and I have to say I feel a lot better atm! A lot more energy and not as nauseous!!
