The slightest touch hurts been this way for three days? What does this mean? I generally don't have tender nipples not even before my cycle. And I'm on cycle day 23

I had sore nipples for about a week not long ago and I also never have that. Not sure what it was from.

If you're on fertility drugs that would be a common side effect. I had the same thing when taking pregnyl, as well as just very sore boobs in general.

Me too. And I finished my period 1.5 weeks ago and not due to another. They are slightly swollen and it’s very annoying.
