Im 13 weeks pregnant and don't feel pregnant at all,  no nausea no bloating no nothing ! And I do feel a little worried I have gone to the doctors and he tells me I'm lucky but I don't know, I have had previous pregnancys and with all of them I have had symptoms but this is different, yesterday was my daughters birthday party and I was almost running getting stuff ready for the party and I was worried I was going to be getting cramps or something because all day was non stop but no! I felt completely normal other than being sore.please share if this has happened or is happening to any of you ! Thanks
