I went to the doctor today because my 5 year old passed his sickness to me. Sinus infection, horrible coughing and sore throat, doctors offices aren't open today so I went to a med clinic. I only seen the NP and she put me on augmentin and told me to take Mucinex, is it safe to take mucinex while pregnant? Usually that's what I take when I've got a cold but not now. I'm calling my doctor in the morning to confirm. And this antibiotic seems to be making me stomach sick as well, is this normal? Can we take an antibiotic? I'm 9w5d never had to take one when pregnant with my son.
