I'm a mess, had bright red blood yesterday went to ER and red quickly went to brown. Ultrasound showed closed cervix and healthy baby no sign of where the bleeding would be coming from... but I'm still terrified of misscarring. I've had slight cramps all day a brown blood/discharge. Not a lot and only when I wipe! 😰 anyone else? Have this an carry a healthy baby or did it end in misscarry. Honest answers please I'm  8w6d
