hair falling out ??? 😧

I'm currently 22 weeks pregnant and I'm starting to notice my hair falling out. Is anyone experiencing this?

Mine did! And I'm not talking about split ends either, like the entire strand from the roots to the end. I don't know why but my hair was long and thick and with how sick I've been and how much of it was falling out I just cut it off lol. I've always wanted to try a short hair style anyway so it seemed like a great excuse

I lost hair when I wasn't getting enough nutrients due to morning sickness. It happens just bc pregnancy as well but if your hair is getting dull and not as shiny as usual you should get checked. I ended up anemic so just to be safe :)

I had this problem really bad before I got pregnant but it's ridiculous now. Its really saddening and frustrating, I know how you feel. It comes out in clumps literally 24/7 😟 I've been eating hair skin and nail vitamins and they seem to be helping minimally but it may also be your shampoo or something of that sort. Maybe your hair is damaged and that's why it's falling out- before you shower try brushing it and then once you get out gently towel drying it and waiting until it's dry and brush it again, that should help to cut back on the hair loss.
