Depending on how far along you are, I got a cold during my first trimester & they told me to drink lots of vitamin c & I could take halls that was it, & Tylenol, one, for aches only if needed. I would double check with your doctor before you take anything, feel better!

i was told (im in uk ) that i can take paracetamol as normal and cough sweets but at a reduced ammount aka strepsils and soothers/lockets and can use vapour rub ...ive had a cpl of colds and my baby fine as far as im aware he got a strong heartbeat and moves alot
