Should I have a vvfl at 10dpo? Took a test this morning and saw nothing. 😔 This is my second round of Clomid, I have never had a positive pregnancy test and I'm losing hope. It's so frustrating - my husband has a semen analysis done and he has "super sperm," I've had 2-3 follies both times, I don't know why this isn't working... ugh.

Sometimes 10 dpo is too early. Wait it out till your period . If clomid doesn't work for you, other ways around it .

When I took clomid it was working but never got pregnant 3 cycles of it and we seen follicles growing . My doctor recommended an Ivf specialist. Maybe that's the route you would like to take either that or iui after trying clomid for 3 months that is .

Don't lose faith or hope . 
Wait till your period shows . If it doesn't you either are stressing or it's just late .
