I'm worried...moring sickness gone...

I know many other gals have posted on this topic before but it doesn't stop me from worrying. I am 8w3d with twins. From 5 1/2 weeks to 8 weeks exactly I had terrible morning sickness. All of a sudden, I woke up on 8w1d and felt fine. I recently had two miscarriages before this pregnancy and I don't want to go through it again. With my daughter I had morning sickness all the way to the day I delivered. I would think it would be worse with twins. My next appointment isn't until May 9th.
