Only one boob hurts??

I'm supposed to get my period tomorrow, but this whole weekend my both boobs were hurting in the same specific spot on either side. Than the next day they were both very tender pretty much all over. Today, it seems as if only my left boob is tender. My right one is a tiny bit tender, but not compared to my left. I'm only 20. Is this normal?
