Nuvaring and depression?

This will be my second month on the nuvaring and let me tell you it's been a tough one. The first day I put it in i noticed a huge change in my emotional state, I've had depression in the past but felt I had finally gained control of it. Within hours of putting it in i had an anxiety attack which is something new for me and the rest of the week my depression hit me extremely hard. After about a week and a half I felt fine. Today I put a new one in and I'm having the same symptoms again. Has anyone else experienced this? I feel like I'm going crazy and I called my doctors office and left a message but they never responded 😒
