I was sexually active. First it was with my ex that I was with for 9 months and then he broke up with me. Then I had a friends with benefits a little bit after he broke up with me. I was sexually active with both of them. Recently I've been spotting a lot but no period. The last time I had my period was April 1st. Idk what's happening
