I had a lap January 5 with large chocolate cysts removed from each ovary, plus tons of endo everywhere and an appendectomy (since there was endometriosis on my appendix too). My first period after the lap was horrible but I'd read that it would be. Now I have my period again and it's just as bad - arguably worse than before the surgery. I didn't sleep last night, can't function today. Is this normal? Did anyone else experience worse cramping after all the gunk was finally removed?
