Did anybody take their prenatal vitamins while they were pregnant ?

I started taking them before I got pregnant as you are supposed to if trying to conceive and then have taken them everyday since. they are VERY important to your babies health

I stopped taking them as soon as I found out that they caused my morning (read: all day) sickness and throwing up for 16 weeks straight.

I do make sure I eat as healthy as possible: A lot of fruit, veggies, soup, yoghurt... 
I also eat a lot of junk food but at least I have my daily vitamines 😄 baby is doing a bit too good. He's almost 8 pounds and I stil leave at least 2 more weeks to go (by due date)

I would Barely take them lol I forgot most of the time, that's why I consider myself irresponsible for birth control. Baby gets whatever they need from you, the prenatal vitamins are there to restore what baby took from you. My baby came out perfectly healthy, she just had jaundice.

The prenatals are sooo important. If your are getting you sick, ask your doctor for samples of other brands. My dr gave me at least five other brands to try.

I took them the entire pregnancy and I'm still taking them 4 months pp. I'll continue taking them for a very very long time. They're so good for you and the baby

With my first baby I took none and she was healthy, I'm carrying now and I've taken them sometimes

I have been pretty good taking them this time around,  but it was a hit or miss with my first two pregnancies.  I do belive they are important,  I just get total brain fry when I'm pregnant . My midwife said they are the most important at the beginning and not stress if I miss some here and there.

I took them all the time at the beginning until my morning sickness started and stopped when that happened coz I was so ill then I just kept forgetting to take them after the sickness stop haha
