Cerclage

Has anyone has this done before and had a successful surgery and has the baby full term? I had this surgery done Sunday morning and doctor is scared I get an infection because membranes actually were out. I was 18 weeks 5 days when I got it done. Today I'm 19 weeks. I'm still in the hospital with two different antibiotics and pills to stop contractions incase I get some. Please give me some successful stories because some doctors think my baby won't make it because my case was very complicated...
