Scared I might be pregnant

My boyfriend and I recently just started having sex unprotected again. A fee weeks ago he told me that he actually came in me and that I might be pregnant but I'm scared to find out because it's been almost 3 weeks and my period doesn't come till the next week or so and I've taken a pregnancy test just last week and one came back positive and one came back negative so I'm so confused don't know what to do and I'm also very scared I'm just 20 and he is almost 24. He always talks about a baby but I don't think he is ready. I know I am not right now, but if I am pregnant I will be fine.
