Dairy sensitivity in pregnancy?
I have a question! I love dairy. Milk, chocolate milk, yogurt, cheese, you name it. I have always eaten a lot of it, and my body handles it perfectly. In fact, I feel bad if I don't get enough!
I'm almost 16 weeks along, and during the last couple of weeks, every time I've had it, it gives me terrible stomach aches, and later, diarrhea. I haven't noticed the correlation, really, until now, just because it hasn't gotten bad until a couple days ago.
Is it possible to develop a sort of sensitivity like this in pregnancy? I know there's nothing wrong with the actual food products - they're all well before expiration, taste fine, etc. I'm still waiting on my doctor to call back, and I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced something similar?
