Sleeping with a tampon in?

Does anyone sleep with a tampon in? I'm sleeping at my boyfriends and don't want to get blood all over his sheets. Just worried I'll get TSS! I only came on today!

Whenever I am on my period I always sleep with one in...I've never had an issue...just remember to change it as needed. When I was younger I used to set my phone on an alarm just to make sure I got up and changed it.

I do and I have never had a problem. Just put a new one in right before you go to bed and change it right when you get up.

Before I got pregnant I'd change it for bed about 9.30PM. Then when I got up around 7.30-8AM and change it again. Been doing that nearly 10 years and I'm fine lol.

Yes but I set an alarm to change it if I sleep more than 8 hours

I've always slept with my tampon in and I've never had a problems. I usually wake up if it starts to get full and change it.
