weird coincidences
Okay, so this isn't about love, or sex, or any of that fancy stuff, but me and my best friend have been friends for two and a half years now. We because friends when I moved to Alaska , which was right after her old best friend had died (she got shot with a pellet gun). We met during the summer, she was riding her bike and so was I, and we ended up talking and just grew from there..
So I guess it's always been like this, but we are so oddly similar.. it's actually very creepy. My mother has had a very bad heart in the past, and for some time we didn't think she would live.. when I because friends with Nika (my best friend) I found out that her mother had the same case. Also, my father has been an alcoholic all my life. It turns out, so has Nika's dad.
I mean.. that doesn't seem very convincing, but it gets strange. She was born on June 17, and I was born on June 7.. both the same year. We both wear glasses, and we are both tall.
And for the lasts few weeks, we have both noticed that when we are together, anytime we talk about someone, they call, or they text one of us.. like for example; the other day we were both talking about a friend, and as soon as we started talking, he called Nika. Then that same day I was talking about a boy from school and he almost immediately texted me. It's been happening with everything.. music, people, even when I'll be thinking of something completely random, veronika tells me she was thinking about the same thing..
Has this happened to anyone else?? It's really kind of freaking both of us out
