how do women not know theyre pregnant?

I'm a guy and I'm just wondering how some women don't know they're pregnant, for example I saw a woman say she didn't know she was pregnant until she was 7 months pregnant.. Wouldn't there be signs like no period etc?

In rare cases they have light bleeding they mistake for a period. Or if they're irregular they can just mistake that their period just never came. And some dont grow in belly size so they can mistake it for weight gain. And not everyone has preganncy symtoms.

I have PCOS and I dont have a period or even ovulate on my own without medication each month.... I didnt start showing until my 6th month with my first, and had no morning sickness or symptoms other than being really tired... Which was also normal for me because I struggle with anemia, so it was nothing new.... If I had not been trying to get pregnant I wouldn't have thought to test at 5 weeks. I probably wouldn't have tested until i was obviously showing or when I felt obvious kicks.  Its totally possible to not know for many months, however once you start feeling baby move you should have a pretty good idea.

With my first I didn't know until I was 16 weeks. I would sometimes skip my period up to two months and then I was having some bleeding which I thought was a period (implantation bleeding and then some bleeding bc his placenta was low). I had been on the same birth control for two years and assumed it had been working. I'm no stranger to feeling sick bc I have chronic migraines (3-4 per week) and assumed that's what was going on. Having never been pregnant before, I wasn't sure what was going on with the boob itching and stuff, but like I said, I was assuming my bc was working. That's what eventually led me to take a test though. Too many other weird symptoms made me look them up online and pregnancy kept popping up.
    I had a friend who was about 6 months along when she found out. She was on depo and didn't really get a period plus she was kinda big at that time (she has since lost 80 lbs).

I had a girlfriend that had no signs until she was 6 months along with her 4th baby. It's crazy how our body works sometimes.
