BACK PAIN/ Breast size😩😩

So my boobs are about 38DD and my back has been killing me !!! And I'm pretty sure my back is slightly arched by itself as well but I'm around like 181 lbs. could my back pain be related to my boob size oh yeah i have been losing weight in my stomach area recently
