Nocturnal Panic?

Hey, does anyone on here get panic attacks while they are sleeping? I've only recently started getting them and it completely freaks me out. Totally scary experience.

Yes! i always get them and it's sooo annoying and it's scary..... But maybe your room isn't cold enough ? maybe you suffocate yourself with blankets... try melatonin... it helps good with sleeping ... But if you have anxiety already then maybe get on meds or try yoga before bed... I hate anxiety so much... 😕wish it goes away forever but it sticks with you until you can control it...

I used to get them soooo often. Luckily for me they started going away on their own. I'm so sorry they happen to you, it's so terrifying to feel so out of control in the middle of the night like that, I hope it gets better for you 💖💖💖
