help 😞😩

I can't stop throwing up and I've had diarrhea since yesterday omg! I don't have a bug or anything...Apart from this I feel perfectly fine. Anybody else going thru this? 38+6 and I am NOT liking this feeling at all. The cramps get so intense before I go or throw up uuugh. I go see my ob today, just asking for advice since my appt isn't until 10
