As anyone ever experience an ectopic pregnancy? And if so what are the symptoms ?

I started have left side pain at about 4 weeks when I missed my period. Then I spotted off and on for about a week. At the 6 week mark I had excruciating left side pain and I couldn't sit, stand, walk or lay down. I started vomiting non stop. My husband rushed me to the hospital where it took 4+ hours to diagnose. I had been having my HCG levels monitored the whole time due to being on fertility meds and my levels were always on the low side of normal and then right before I was rushed to the ER my levels jumped significantly. Pain can be normal though also so if you are concerned I would bring that up to your OB or go to the ER...I waited and ended up losing over half my blood volume and it pooled in my lower abdomen and that's what created the excruciating pain. This is how it happened for me: My period was a week late (and it's never late) I thought for sure I was pregnant but all the tests came back negative. Finally my period came was pretty normal and ended. A few days after it ended I started spotting again and then started bleeding like another full period. At this point was for sure something was wrong but I didn't know what. One morning I woke up and my breasts were really sore so I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. From everything I had been searching on the Internet I knew it was an ectopic because I had been bleeding for almost 2 weeks straight . After the doctor confirmed it I decided to do the methotrexate shot. My levels are coming down as they should've been. But then one Saturday morning I woke up and I had this terrible pain in my right side so bad that I was doubling over. We went straight to the hospital where they confirmes that my tube ruptured and did emergency surgery on me. For me the pain was really bad when I sat down. I had a overwhelming feeling like I needed to take a bowel movement but it hurt so bad it was impossible. I never got dizzy or had any shoulder pain but my whole stomach hurt terribly bad because of all the blood that was inside of it. Thankfully my body clotted so I didn't bleed to death. 14 months and one less tube later we are pregnant again and everything seems normal. God is good!

I found out it was ectopic at 6 weeks. I had bleeding/ spotting for weeks but no pain. Just slight twinges in my left side

I was 6 weeks and had lower right sided pain.  I had a feeling it was ectopic and an ultrasound confirmed it.
