What can I put in my sandwiches? HELP!!!
Ladies, I need help! Please!!!
My husband and I will be traveling for 2 days (moving) and I was planning what to eat on the road! Don't really want to stop at fast food or restaurants, I want to prepare something from home, healthier and saves me a lot of money! Also, since I am almost 15 weeks pregnant, I want to be careful with what I eat!
I want to put in containers some fruit, almonds, phistachio, and make some sandwiches with a little mayo or cream cheese, lettuce, slices of cucumber or tomato and ...protein! I am tired of chicken/chicken breast as I have been eating it A LOT!
So, what can I put in it?
Smoked ham or smoked turkey is it THAT BAD??? I never eat them so it would be for a day or two a few sandwiches! I am talking about DELI MEAT!!!!
