changes in breast

Hi. Four years ago, I breast fed my son ( second child) till he almost was 2... I'm now 11 weeks pregnant, I'm just wondering do your breast changes so soon like bigger and not so soft as before pregnant and sore? ( both breast) I did check both breast and feel normal and same. Just wanted to know if it is, the milk ducts coming back? Xxx
