Low progesterone? 8.0 at 5 weeks

So I just got my labs (through and online portal) my HCG as of last week was 2301 and my progesterone was 8.0 (the write up said it was within normal range but it's not, I'm confused) anyhow been spotting brown blood after wiping for the last 5 days. I feel so worried, any idea what this might be? Is it a sign of miscarriage? 😔

My doctor said that an 8 is still ok and believes I am earlier in pregnancy that I thought. I dunno. I am going to another doctor, one who deals with more high risk pregnancies, since I'm over 35.. I've been taking my temp and it's 98.8, which from what I understand, a good thing when it comes to progesterone. Lets see... hopeful ❤️. New labs come in next week.

I'm not sure where u r but here in Australia they like progesterone to be 50 and above. Mine was at 123 at 4wks and im still on progesterone pessaries during to 5mc's even though my p4 (progesterone) is above double what they like.

I was 6 1/2 last month when I miscarried and mine was at 3.5 and hcg at 959 then next day my hcg dropped to 300 but I bleed for 5 days before hcg dropped. But they didn't check progesterone till the day it dropped :/
