implantation cramps and spotting??

I had a baby a couple months back so my periods have been kind of crazy. Well we have been doing the deed and not pulling out. The last day we had sexual activity was on the 18th

Well starting last night and today I had horrible dull cramp pain in my left side to the point where I googled this to see what side the appendix is on because it was pretty painful. Well this morning I went to the bathroom and dripped a red blood in my urine. So I wipe and think damn I started my period again. I put a tampon in and pulled it out later on it only had like a drop on it.

Well. Now I'm sitting here thinking was that implantation? Or just random blood? I've never had implantation bleeding so I am unsure what it would even feel or look like?

Anyone experience this?
