Yeast infection. Natural aids? 
Drs app tomorrow but I don't really want to use Monistat

Natural yogurt! I had one over a long weekend so I couldn't get into the doctors and my sister read natural yoghurt would help. It's nice and soothing and does help a bit. It has to be plain natural yoghurt though not with any flavour x
