help!!!

So me and my bf were doing stuff today which was great. Then he started fingering me. He didn't cut his nails so he was going really hard then it slipped and he cut my vagina. Bad. It was bleeding a lot. Right after he gave me tissues to help stop it bleeding. Idk what to do. I'm scared to tell my mum because then she'll figure out we have sex and I don't wanna go doctors coz that's embarrassing. But idk what to do. Advice would be great!! Thanks
