Heads up, my first pregnancy I kept mine i until 30 weeks and I had a bad X stretch mark on it. I think it had to do with the piercing. I mean I got other stretch marks but I think that one was from keeping my piercing in so long it got really bad. I'd take it out. If you're worried about it growing in then after your shower just poke it through real quick.
