I'm sixteen (almost seventeen) and around 13 weeks. My dad is causing me a ton of stress (to the point of me having a horrible anxiety attack ending with me almost having to go to the hospital this morning) and I'm considering every option possible to get out of his house. We live on 20 acres of land, and lately i've been looking into getting a pre-built mini house delivered for me to move into. I've already talked to my dad about this and he's fine with the idea as long as I pay for everything myself.  The one i'm looking at requires a $500 down-payment (which i already have saved up) and $250 monthly payments. My boyfriend agreed to either pay my rent or pay for everything for the baby for the first few months. He makes $8 an hour and I make $9.15 an hour. If it weren't for the baby on the way, I know I could afford it. But I can't stay living with my dad. The building I'd be getting would be big enough for a small kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a loft bedroom. Do you think it's worth it?
