I've been with my wife 5 years and started ttc last month. We had a few other lesbian friends who followed all these rules and got pregnant the first time but I figured with my luck it wouldn't happen so easy. I guess times are changing.
With a known donor, we inseminated twice and after being 4 days late I took about 10 tests and they all say yes. I'm elated
