TMI pic! please help

I am 5 weeks pregnant with 3 previous MC all ended up lots of blood clots and bleeding, my period was due 20th and on the 19th I had blood (the picture) only when I wiped little dripped into the toilet and a little pain no clots, lasted 3 hours then turned into brown discharge and nothing since, I have symptoms aching boobs tired etc and a pregnancy test still shows very strong positive, midwife also said it was probably nothing to worry about, but my first scan is in 3 weeks 4 days and I'm so nervous like it's gonna be bad news 😞 anyone had this before?!
