TTC... picky eater
I am about to start TTC. I've been reading what to expect before expecting, and I really need to change my diet. It's not a weight thing, I'm average weight. I'm mkre concerned about my diet being nutritional. I like fruits but not a ton of veggies. What are some things I can do to try to incorporate better foods in my diet? We eat a lot of lean meats and not too much sugar or anything.. but I really need more veggies. I've tried to make several different recipes before that have a lot of vegetables and can't get the food down. Idk what to do 😭 I feel like a kid but I am a super super picky eater. My husband will eat pretty much anything though, so the problem is just finding something I will like.
