I'm just a little over 4 weeks and have had some very uncomfortable back pain. No bleeding or cramping though I just am so worried someone please reassure me!!

I'm 4 weeks exactly and my back is killing me. Not sure if it's my bed, chair at work or because I'm pregnant but it's only started the last few days ☹️

I had all sorts of discomfort that early. I cramped non stop, my stomach got all tight if I walked too long, my back ached.. I was so freaked out I was miscarrying. I'm 16 weeks on Saturday. Then my symptoms disappeared from weeks 6-8.. nausea hit at 7-12 weeks.. and now I feel good, but my boobs are back to killing me. Symptoms come and go, try not to freak out if you're not bleeding.  My doctor told me as long as I'm not bleeding (heavily), not to worry. Not to be negative but if a miscarriage does happen, there's not much they can do to stop it that early. I'm sure it's just growing pain!

I'm 5 weeks now but at 4 weeks my back pin was terrible!!!! I was so uncomfortable all the time. This week is better.
