advice please!!!

So my ex is just messing with me saying he's going to take custody of my baby because I'm not getting a DNA test for his parents... and I'm supposingly trapping him and getting in the way of him and his parents. I just need some advice when it comes to court he lives in another state and is it possible to get a restraining order since I have a lot of stress and I don't want to lose the baby this fucking sucks
