9 weeks and spotting.

I'm 9 weeks pregnant and I've started spotting brown  . I miscarried back in January and This is how it started before . I've noticed a loss of pregnancy symptoms over the past few days. I've spotted on and off this whole pregnancy but haven't spotted in about 2 weeks especially this dark brown . Anyone else have a similar situation ? We've seen a heartbeat on an ultrasound 3 times now
