Any pregnant hairstylists out there dealing with morning sickness??

Hey guys! I'm 6 1/2 weeks pregnant and work full time as a hairstylist. I've been dealing with morning sickness and last week it was so bad I missed a day. Anyone else going through this? Are you honest with clients? Another thing is that 80% of my clientele tells me I look different and I just want to say "oh like fat?" Because I'm so insanely bloated. 
Just wondering how you guys approach this and things that are helping with feeling crappy! Thanks!

It's probably on your face that you don't feel good. I'm a dog groomer, not the same thing but I tell my customers if it's a bad day and it's going to take me longer than usual because I don't feel good.

I would honestly love to know. They shouldn't treat you differently. You still can do your job perfectly.
