19 weeks not showing AT ALL.

i'm currently 19 weeks 4 days, i've lost 6 or more pounds since i went to my first doctor appointment. the baby is doing just fine in there& growing appropriately! and we found out last week it's a little boy 💙 did anybody else have this problem? it worries me so bad. and i'm also a FTM so i can't feel any kicks or movement or maybe i have and just don't know what it is 😭🙁 the picture is from april 22nd the day we did our gender reveal.
