Bumps everywhere

It could be baby acne (most likely is) but they could just be bumps. My son had bumps covering his legs as if he had an allergic reaction or something. It was pretty scary and lasted about a month. My grandma who was a nurse for about 30 years said that babies tend to get bumps. Their skin is still getting used to everything and sometimes they just get rashes like that. If it doesn't go away or gets worse I would contact the doctor. But if it stays the same or starts going away, everything should be just fine 😊

I would say baby acne but it looks more like heat rash for sure. Specially if he sweats a lot at night.
