BBT help please - this is my first time charting BBT and I am confused why my temperature appears to be going back down?

Erratic temps can also be because you mouth breathe (I do this sometimes). You may want to try vaginally temping. It's takes less time to register and the temps don't jump all over the place.

Right you want it high. Are you temping the same time everyday? Also getting solid 3-4 hours before you take it? Also drinking alcohol really makes mine fluctuate.

If your temp stays high tomorrow too then I think you ovulated.

Its normal for temps to go up and down. You want 3 consecutive high temps to confirm you ovulated.
