Ultrasound picture. We are confused.

So there are lines. My friends say their 14 weeks and 16 weeks looked like this and they had girls. The buns on the outside and the triangle being the center. The tech said boy. Then girl. Then too early. Then maybe cord. :/ so confused. What is your thoughts?
