Pregnant again so soon?

Ok I need some help I miscarried on 2/14, natural and very easy might I add. I only bleed for 2 days after. Me and my fiance were giving the ok to ttc again when I stopped bleeding so we have every day sense 2/16. I have had negative hpt for 6 days now and then took another one today and it was positive. I had slight cramping yesterday and the day before. Is it even possible to be pregnant again so soon or are the tests from today just wrong?

I had a MC on 2/3. I got my positive on 2/27, so I would say it's possible.

I m/c on 2/6 and I think am preganant again! So yea it's defo possible to get preganant right after long as u ovulate u can get preganant x x

I mc Dec 27th and it ended the 31st. I ended up getting pregnant again on Jan 2 but didn't get a pos test til the 23rd. It's possible but you still could have had hcg in your system from the mc.
