40 weeks and baby is not engaged

I just saw my Dr today for my last appointment and I'm not sure what to do. I'm dilated at about 5 and ready to go. Dr says I should be in labor but baby girl isn't engaged. He couldn't even feel her head at all when he checked my cervix today and said my water could break at any time and wanted to do an ultrasound to double check where she was at. So I have to continue to suffer contractions that aren't going anywhere until Sunday evening when he'll finally let me be induced. I've been working out, doing yoga, walking and take care of our home and animals and no change. Any tips to get her to move down and get things going naturally?
