I'll be 14 weeks tomorrow and I have been desperately trying to avoid taking medications up till this point. I have pretty terrible seasonal allergies and want to know what's safe, specifically can I take Zyrtec and/or Flonase as needed? Avoiding the allergens is almost impossible for me at this point and I don't want to avoid fun outdoor activities if I don't have to.
