PLEASE HELP!!
I am basically only craving things smothered in butter and salt. And I know this is a ridiculous thing to ask, but what are some tasty but easy/cheap things to make that are healthy and won't make me gain a ton weight? I've literally never had a good/healthy diet but I always managed to stay under 120lbs. I started this pregnancy at 100lbs and I'm now 135 at almost 19 weeks. I know I need to eat healthy for the baby but like I said, I've never had experience with healthy food?? I feel so silly for asking this, I'm an adult I swear 🙈
