Please share your story.. I have started having some pretty uncomfortable contractions that start in my lower back and make me almost nauseous, then to my lower belly and the pressure is so intense. They are lasting over a minute. They just started about 30 minutes ago so I showered, drank a water bottle and I will begin timing soon.. . my water has not broke.. 39 weeks.
