18 weeks with pain

Hi everyone.

I'm 18+4 and experiencing some period like pain for 2 or 3 days. Today I've been feeling really weird and dizzy and I had a fall whilst at work. My limbs were really heavy and I felt white as a sheet. Just wondering what could be the cause of this and are the two related?
