Still Pregnant even though breast arent sore.

I've taken a home pregnancy test and they both came back positive. I've had sore boobs everyday since finding that out on 4/13/2017 today I woke up after sleeping with a heating pad for the pain and my boobs aren't even slightly sore but they are still heavy and puffy. Am I still pregnant or could I have suffered a silent miscarriage? I'm scheduled to go to the doctor on Monday but this is driving me crazy.
